Both Flyfisher and I have been talking and we’ve decided
that we want to start being more proactive with regards to sharing information,
stories, insight and in general interest to this thing we’ve labeled as
LPIN. As such each of us now have a blog
at Nevada Brothel Times where we can lament about old times, talk about current
events and conjecture on those things that make Nevada’s sporting houses
different than just picking up a street walker.
Since I can’t speak for Flyfisher I’ll share with you those
things I plan to do. Everyone has
experiences and memories of notable characters.
This can’t be any truer than of LPIN.
Many of you, hell most of you weren’t here or don’t recall some of the
epic antics that went on in Nevada in the early days of the internet. There are some of you that might remember the
old GP Pays days, some will recall the heyday of NV Brothels. Some might remember the early CWC meetings of
the 90’s. And let’s not forget some of
the ladies. Everyone goes on and on
about their current favorites, and rightfully so. But there have been famous and infamous
ladies that deserve a footnote in the history of this thing. There are lessons to be learned, tears to be
shed and chuckles to be chuckled with the telling of some of these outrageous
stories and events.
And lets not just limit this to history. I as many of you know worked as a cabbie in
Reno for some years. There are more than
a few stories of that nature that deserve being recorded in the annals of LPIN
History.
While currently only Fly and I have blogs here, we certainly
are open to anyone else that wants to share their spin on the business be it
customer, courtesan, madam, manager or owner.
Just drop me a line if you’d like a soapbox. But in lew of that, Fly and I will strive to
write at least a couple of new entries a month if not many more. So in the weeks and months to come look for
stories about everything under the Sun and I hope you enjoy them all.
I plan on having my first one up sometime this weekend. These stories will be not only under the blog
links on the side but will start out life on the front page of NBT. Have fun with them and check back often.
